Live Support operates a ticketing system. To create a ticket, click on “MPUK|Bot” and type:
!admin <MHxxxx> <question>
where xxxx is your MH number if you have one. The bot will then place you in a queue, a technician will be with you as soon as possible. Please be patient, waits can be as long as 10 or 15 minutes at busy periods.
