Sometimes things go wrong. With a Multiplay game server we can help you quickly get things up and running again. We offer a number of ways to contact our dedicated support team, so you have the flexibility to get things resolved faster.
Support Centre and E-mail
Our Support Centre should be your first stop for all your support needs. There is an ever growing knowledge base of common queries and answers allowing you to fix any problems you may have when it suits you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can also submit a support ticket from there. This will assign you a ticket number which you can use to track your support request. You can also the subsequently contact us via e-mail in reply.
The Support Centre is also where you will need to raise any billing enquiries or requests to modify your server, for example adding additional slots.
Live Support and Telephone
We man our support desk from 10:00am through 'til 10:00pm, 7 days a week, during which time you can speak to a real human being to explain your problem and get it resolved quickly.
Our 'Live Support' uses IRC to allow us to communicate with our customers in a chat room environment. You can access this using your own IRC client (such as mIRC for Windows), or use our handy web-based solution if this isn't an option for you.
